Our Board of Directors
TKG is proudly 100% owned by six First Nations: Kingfisher Lake, Kasabonika Lake, Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug, Wapekeka, Wawakapewin, and Wunnumin Lake. Each Nation holds equal ownership in the company and is represented on the Board of Directors by their Chief or appointed leadership. This governance model ensures that every decision made by TKG reflects the shared interests, values, and long-term goals of the communities we serve. By uniting under one vision, our shareholder Nations are building a stronger, more self-sufficient North — together.
