New Client and Community Engagement Manager

Nicole McKay

Welcome Nicole McKay to TKG Group!

We are thrilled to welcome Nicole McKay as our new Client and Community Engagement Manager at TKG Group.

Nicole is a proud member of Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug and brings a strong background in education, child welfare, and land-based learning. She studied Aboriginal Law and Advocacy at Confederation College and Political Science (Pre-Law) at Lakehead University.

Guided by the teachings of her late grandparents, Nicole has always carried a deep sense of responsibility to give back and help her community. She believes in walking in two world views, honouring the Anishinininew way of life while navigating the mainstream world with respect and balance.

Outside of work, Nicole is an avid huntress, harvester and fisher, and she brings that same dedication and connection to the land into everything she does.

As Client and Community Engagement Manager, Nicole will support TKG’s daily operations, business development and outreach, helping to strengthen relationships with First Nations partners, clients and suppliers.

Please join us in giving Nicole a warm welcome as she begins her journey with TKG on Monday, November 10.
